A Head of HR Operations to:
- Lead a large HR operational Team in the delivery of HR processes
- Manage the operational day to day of HR Processes
- Review, develop and improve HR operational processes.
- Build key stakeholder relationships
- Dealing with complex HR processes / queries
- Improve efficiency of processes
- Strategic Projects
- Support the HR system transformation
- Very hands on role
A Head of HR Operations with experience of:
- Managing a transactional team
- Supporting and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Higher Education or not-for-profit experience desirable
- Customer focused
