Oakleaf Partnership are working with an innovative and extremely highly regarded global management consulting & strategy firm, looking for a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator to join the team, supporting a UK and EMEA population.

Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, who is based outside of the UK, they are looking for someone passionate and driven to ensure that each consultant is provided with the highest quality learning content, and therefore clients are recieving the best possible service. The role is pivotal in encouraging each consultant to provide the best service, ensuring that each client feels encouraged to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. The Development for this role is that they imagine this could turn into an L&D Manager role in th not so distant future.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the training curriculum for the senior consulting team- largely technical skills but also soft skills
  • Work closely together with career development and senior consulting team members to monitor and evaluate the quality of the content and drive new Initiatives
  • Collaborate with the global and regional L&D teams to ensure the training offer remains complementary
  • Develop content with internal and external facilitators- mainly around soft skills
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for our consultants and business services teams on a regular basis
  • Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in L&D
  • Experience with content development
  • Experience in the professional services industry
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Software
