HR Advisor

Frazer Jones is partnering with a phenomenal financial service provider with a growing international presence to find an HR Advisor on a permanent basis for their London office. The company has revolutionised the financial technology industry, providing unique and innovative solutions with a 21st-century approach.

You will play an integral role in the company's global team being an essential point of contact, taking initiative and displaying professional expertise when it comes to Employee Relations.

From working with the Global Mobility Team to delivering training sessions, this position will give you a great variety in HR-related matters, allowing you to grow professionally. Role responsibilities:

• Expansive ER responsibilities promoting policies to support and guide employees
• Involvement in local and international future-orientated projects
• Data management including work visa applications, Payroll, onboarding and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, remaining knowledgeable and proactive

Candidate experience:

• Experience as an HR Generalist/HR Advisor
• Proven experience in handling Employee Relations matters
• Great professional and communication skills
• Growth-orientated to match the company's development plans
• Knowledge of UK employment law
