This role is a first-time appointment to join the existing HR team, and manage full end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees, with a particular focus on senior roles

Client Details

My client is a growing e-commerce fashion brand, with offices on the Northwest, Scotland, and in global locations. They are quickly growing in revenue, market share, and online following and engagement, and are recruiting into the business to reflect this growth


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overall responsibility for the full employee life cycle - sourcing and attraction strategies, interviewing & on-boarding
  • Liaising with hiring managers to identify the future talent needs
  • Designing and running assessment methods
  • Using social media channels to promote the employer brand and opportunities
  • Reporting on quarterly and annual acquisition targets
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals and job boards
  • Ensure job descriptions, person specifications and adverts are legally compliant and consistent with organisational branding
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Interview candidates in-person and online for a wide range of senior roles
  • Track acquisition metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Conduct right to work checks for all candidates as stipulated in relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Manage the company's recruitment ATS system
  • Grow and maintain the talent pool aligned to the future talent needs of the company
  • Agency management with a view to cost-effective strategic collaboration


The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience in either in-house or agency recruitment, with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. The role would suit a multi-discipline mid-high volume recruiter, skilled in head-hunting and the use of various innovative sourcing & attraction tools and systems

Job Offer

A salary of £40,000 - 50,000 plus benefits and a vibrant office environment
