INTERIM TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

You will be working for a Global Consulting Engineering firm.

Your new role
You will be recruiting for roles mainly within the UAE and also supporting with UK hires. You will be part of an exciting new project that the client have taken on and the roles you will be working on will include but not be limited to Civil Engineering, Construction, Geotech, Junior Engineer, Design Engineer, Senior Engineers. It is initially a 3 month contract and will be rolling beyond this as the project is expected to be longer. You will have flexible hours although core hours are between 10am and 4pm daily. The client is currently operating a hybrid model with a minimum of one day in the office (flexible). In summary:

• ASAP start, 3 month contract (rolling thereafter)
• Flexible working hours
• Hybrid working (1 day minimum)
• £300 - £350 per day.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in recruiting within the middle eastern region is essential.
• Proven experience recruiting for the engineering industry.
• Able to work autonomously and prioritise/organise effectively.
