We are partnering with one of the Capital's most prestigious law firms in their search for an HR Coordinator to support their HR Business Services departments. This role will work closely alongside the HR officers and Business Partners, collaborating on multiple projects and ensuring the smooth running of all people-related services.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in HR to be a cohesive element within a fast-paced, dynamic and growing HR function. The ideal candidate will be able to dedicate themselves wholly to the needs of their team and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the entire business within their glamorous City of London offices.

Your responsibilities as an HR Coordinator will involve:

  • Regularly liaising with other departments, across the firm's HR function and supporting on any ad-hoc project work
  • Management of the HRIS, MyWorklife, and supporting the team with any data related queries
  • Providing administrative support and collaborating with the HR Business Partners by providing necessary documentation, minute-taking during formal proceedings and facilitating function-wide communications
  • Taking ownership of the new joiners and leavers processes, ensuring best practice and adherence to GDPR regulations
  • Acting as a Point of Contact for the HR department, escalating and prioritising matters with relevant stakeholders

Key skills and experience:

  • Human Resources experience is highly desirable, but not essential
  • A Bachelors degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proactiveness and drive
  • Excellent time management skills and organisation
  • Microsoft Office literate, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain client and employee confidentiality
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving
  • Ability to create lasting relationships across the business and engage effectively with all types of stakeholders
