Job Details

I am currently working a global asset managemet company to help find them a benefits specialist to join their team for a 12 month FTC.

You will be responsible for the administration of international (EMEA and Asia Pacific regions) employee benefits programs which may include group insurance, healthcare plans, retirement plans and employee services.


  • Liase between the internal and external resources such as HR Ops, Payroll and HRBP's to provide resolution and accuracy.
  • Management of the benefits and well being content that is available to employees on shared space.
  • Design of employee services programs such as holiday purchase and other allowances.
  • Ensure accuracy of all benefit plan documents and employee communication materials.
  • Be responsible for coordinating audits, plan testing and any required filings.
  • Research regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance with local and regional requirements as they pertain to employee benefits.

Desired skills:

  • Strong organisational skills required with ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to understand other HR/Payroll functions and how they relate to the benefit function.
  • Confident in communicating with employees, management, payroll, vendors, in person, on the phone.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a team enviroment.
