Senior Reward Analyst - 6 month FTC

I am currently working with a commercial banking company to find a senior reward analyst to join their HR team on a 6 month FTC.

Reporting into the total rewards director you will be providing analytical and tactical support to the HR management on compensation programs and issues. You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs and policies.

Working directly with the team to provide solutions over a wide range of issues including job structure and salary range development and base pay administration.

Key responsibilties:

• Implement compensation policies and programs and administration of domestic and/or international programs.
• Day to day activities for compensation programs
• Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analsze salary information.
• Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines.
• Develop guidelines and perform assessments.
• Remain current on industry trends, best practices, compliance, new/pro
• Assist employees with benefit enrolments, changes, and claim administration inquiries.
