Job Details

You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support across the employee life-cycle, including supporting processes across recruitment, on-boarding, changes to employment and leavers.

  • Be a key advisor and manager of the recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Support, develop and implement HR initiatives and systems
  • Support with the development of training and development programs
  • Work with the wider HR team to respond to disciplinary and grievance issues
  • HR administrative tasks including maintenance of employee's records (attendance and employee data etc.)
  • Building strong working relationships with the stakeholder groups they will be supporting.
  • Presenting site induction and site training sessions
  • Complex ER cases
  • Absence management
  • Performance management


  • Proven track record in similar role / environment
  • Understanding of HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Actively studying or qualified HR credentials (advantage)
  • Strong ethics and reliability
