You will identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement to Workplace Adjustment services, monitor performance and maintain oversight of the global Workplace Adjustments process as well as proactively engage and communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Michael Page HR are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Financial Services client, who are looking for an exceptional HR professional, who has in-depth knowledge in Workplace Adjustment services and legislation.

Description

  • Own and manage end to end escalated or highly complex Workplace Adjustments cases
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Workplace Adjustment Process and Policy
  • Identify improvements based on analysis of risk, cost, resource availability, customer service
  • Identify and lead implementation of agreed improvements to continuously enhance service delivery and improve the colleague experience
  • Operate & evaluate implemented process and procedure change, and feedback to relevant parties
  • Work in conjunction with HR Operations team in relation to significant change projects

Profile

  • Previous experience in identifying and developing Workplace Adjustment services and processes
  • In-depth knowledge around Workplace Adjustment legislation and services
  • Skilled in obtaining and analysing data, to support service performance improvement activities
  • Track record of cost/performance delivery against agreed Service Levels
  • Thorough understanding of governance, controls and risk management when it comes to processes related to Workplace Adjustments
