We are recruiting for an experienced Analyst to join our client until the end of June 202.

Homebased  | Salary up to £60K pro rata |  Fixed Term Contract

The sort of tasks could include

  • Benchmarking pay increases, and managing ad hoc requests using our Towers Watson database;
  • Compensation queries and data for the mid-year processes (April - May)
  • Salary surveys and data for EMEA
  • Germany benefits - help with research and benchmarking
  • Ad hoc requests for data and working with acquisitions to benchmark teams
  • Benefits data - spreadsheets and checking reports; invoice reconciliation
  • Assist payroll administrators with benefits issues as and when needed.

Skills needed

  • Strong Excel experience
  • 3 years compensation analysis experience
  • Benefits experience a bonus (UK)
  • Experience of TWW database and levelling a bonus
