Graduate Engagement Manager

Your new company
This thriving public sector company based in central Birmingham are looking to bring on board an Employee Engagement Management for a period of 18 months, this is likely then to be extended or further opportunities to arise within the organisation. They are a growing and busy organisation who have moved a member of the team on to a secondment and therefore need some help in a FTC.

Your new role
You will be line managing a team of 5, providing daily support and overseeing activities. This role will require you to take a lead on recruitment, induction, training and development of any new/current team members. You will be responsible for the outcome targets for graduates. You will need to proactively source and increase suitable opportunities for graduates. You will need to develop and manage employer relationships and all stages of the process, understanding graduate needs and tailoring business development to match.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need experience of strategic planning for recruitment, relationship management, account management and business development. You will need experience of managing individuals and complex teams with a particular emphasis on motivating staff and setting high achieving standards. You will need prior experience of improving relationship management and delivering excellent customer service.
