Payroll, Reward & Benefits Analyst (part time 3 days per week) £35k to £40k - City of London.

Oakleaf Partnership are working exclusively with a leading Wealth management firm to recruit a Payroll, Reward & Benefits Analyst on a permanent basis.

This role is Part Time 3 days a week and will be located in the city of London.

This is a sole role reporting directly into the head of reward.

My client is open to flexible hybrid working also.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly Payroll submissions are completed in an accurate and timely manner each month.
  • Work closely with the payroll provider.
  • Payroll query management.
  • Support HR in overseeing benefits cycle.
  • Liaise with key benefits providers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure pension report is uploaded to providers portals each month.
  • Oversee share scheme.
  • Support with salary and bonus reviews.

Skill Set / Experience

  • Payroll & benefits background.
  • Exposure to compensation
  • Excel knowledge
  • Payroll Vendor management skills.
  • Team player
