A leading FMCG brand based in North Kent are looking to recruit an experienced and driven HR Business Partner. This is a brand new and exciting role in the business, with hybrid working available.

A leading FMCG brand based in North Kent are looking to recruit an experienced and driven HR Business Partner. This is a brand new and exciting role in the business, with hybrid working available.

Description

  • Providing HR guidance and support to line managers at all levels including manufacturing, commercial and support functions.
  • Taking the strategic HR lead in project teams promoting best practice and innovations in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Manage HR KPI's and analysing trends and metrics across the sites.
  • Managing all recruitment activities to support the site including interviewing and on-boarding.
  • Working closely with related business areas to build strong internal relationships.
  • Working with external & internal payroll providers and finance teams in respect of payroll and administration.
  • Building positive and constructive relationships with works counsel representation, undertaking negotiations and securing agreements.
  • Ensuring all relevant employment law requirements, (including diversity, disability, age and sexual orientation) are fully understood and adhered to through the provision of sound and expert advice to line managers and employees in all countries.
  • Implementing and managing the internal site communications strategy, ensuring a fully integrated approach in messaging to staff.
  • Ensuring all employee engagement activity is effectively implemented and followed up.
  • Developing relevant organisation structures to support line managers and advance the needs of the business.
  • Supporting line managers in the implementation of effective talent management, development plans and succession planning.

Profile

  • FMCG, Food, Manufacturing/Distribution sector experience - Ideal but not essential
  • Management experience
  • Solid knowledge of employee legislation and its application
