Oakleaf are partnered with a well established banking client in their search for a dynamic and consultative ER Advisor to join their busy team initially on a 12 month FTC. This will be a varied role that centres on providing an excellent service and guidance on legislation, HR policy and employee relation case load.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex and more general employee relations case load
  • Providing excellent customer service to colleagues by offering guidance and advice on queries
  • Providing a seamless end to end case management service for the customer (from early intervention, up to conclusion)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with HR Policy and procedures
  • Sharing knowledge by buddying with other team members to deal with end to end case management of complex cases within agreed SLA's
  • Keeping up to date on both Employment Law and changes to legislation and sharing own knowledge with peers

Key Skills:

  • A strong understanding of HR policy and procedure
  • Understanding of UK employment law relating to case management and its application
  • Proven track record in successful end-to-end case management and Employee Relations
  • A proactive and positive approach
