Exciting opportunity to join a global reward team managing excutive compensation projects while partnering with key stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage preparation for the Group Remuneration Committee
  • Executive Reward Projects including contribution to Annual Reports including the Directors Remuneration Report
  • Initial drafting of communications to Shareholders in relation to Remuneration matters
  • Data analysis for the Director Enrollment Process, CEO Pay Ratio and Executive Committee Benchmarking
  • Package calculations for Senior Hires incl. buyouts and guarantees
  • Peer reviewing package calculations for other hires and colleagues
  • Role Sizing and Pay Benchmarking as appropriate
  • Broader Reward Projects
  • Scope to be involved in broader Reward projects such as new benefits initiatives, Gender Pay Gap Reporting and the annual Reward review

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a fast paced global or FTSE organisation within Reward or Executive Reward
  • Degree educated or relevant professional qualification
