Hays HR is proud to work with a global professional services consultancy in south Cambridgeshire who are seeking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.
Your new role
As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will lead on any casework, including disciplinaries, grievances and consultations, alongside other members of the HR team. You will act as the main point of contact for managers on absence management related matters, as well as provide support and advise on best practice for support sickness absence.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the ideal candidate, you need to understand the application of employment law and have had a year or two experience of supporting HR casework, specifically sickness absence.
You will possess CIPD L5 or be working towards and you will have strong analytical and organisational skills as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. This role is offering hybrid working with the need to only be in the office in Cambridge 1x a week.
