Our client is a growing and successful technology business based in Manchester. This role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two working from home days, they are flexible as a business on what this look like for the successful candidate. Our client are a great firm that have strong growth plans and are seeking a HR BP to join their team.
We are looking for a HR BP who has worked across the full generalist remit - ER, Talent, Change and organisational development and strong stakeholder management.

Duties:

• ER - manage complex cases alongside line managers on a range of ER issues
• Partner with TA and line managers on attract top talent to the business
• Work with senior HR BP's to deliver on high performance and high talent attraction
