  • Ensure that the HR function supports and partners with the business efficiently as an internal supplier, by providing KPIs which measure HR activity and efficiency
  • Provide HR advice and support on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues to the senior operational team on site and more widely across the business when required

Description

* Work with operational team to devise development and succession plans
* Support the HR Department on implementation and update of company-wide HR policies, HR information system including self-service models where appropriate
* Promote and drive the employee engagement agenda, particularly by assisting with completion and execution of engagement plans
* Responsible for managing the relationship with the temporary staff suppliers (Agencies), dealing with h/c requirements during normal and high season, potential discrepancies in invoices, training requirements etc.


Profile

Used to working in fast past environments. Has the ability to multitask and think of their feet. Someone who enjoys a busy environment.

Job Offer

Office based, working hours 9.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday.
