Job Details
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the agenda for strategic growth by creating a road map for sustainable talent attraction, selection, employer branding and developing external partnerships.
Client Details
The company are a high growth digital and creative industry with sites across the North of England including hubs in Leeds and Manchester. With remote working and the ability to be agile and travel, this person could be based anywhere in the UK. The business have a great recruitment team, delivering hands on solutions but as the business and wider group look to grow, they see Talent Acquisition as a key strategic pillar in their journey.
Description
The Head of Talent Acquisition will:
- Support the strategic growth agenda of the business with an effective Talent attraction and selection plan
- Build external relationships with University's, Colleges and other relevant groups.
- Develop a strong employer brand and employer value proposition in line with the business culture and values
- Work with the leadership to plan international expansion in high growth markets and competitive markets such as the US.
- Review the creative industry and best attraction strategies to ensure the business are market leading
Profile
To be successful in your application to the Head of Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure you showcase your creativity and approach to attracting in a competitive market place
- Showcase examples of where you have instigated change, implemented TA strategies to apply to a wide reaching skill base
- Experience of early career talent attraction
- Showcase how you have implemented a strong employer brand and to what gain.
- Be able to demonstrate long term value add TA solutions from a strategic level
- Previous experience of establishing a EVP from scratch
- Experience of a creative, tech, digital industry would be beneficial but not absolutely essential if you can showcase your ability to reach a more creative audience through innovative attraction methods
Job Offer
The business are offering a competitive salary circa 65-75K plus car allowance, health care and bonus. There is also progression available to develop into a group role as the business continues to grow.
