The position of People Partner will involve:
- Partnering with the business to provide HR support
- Supporting line managers in coaching and development
- HR projects
- Pay reviews & appraisals
- Driving employee engagement
- Supporting TA with recruitment
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of People Partner will:
- Come from a Fashion / Beauty / Retail / FMCG background
- Have worked in an SME
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
- Be energetic & creative by nature
- Have strong HR generalist experience
