Permanent HR Manager role, Croydon, up to £36,500!

Our client is a growing non-profit organisation (within the education sector) in the South East London area who are keen to appoint a HR Manager to join their team in the Croydon area.

Your new role

Within this role, you will be required to provide a proficient and effective HR function to the organisation that is based across two sites.

This is a generalist role where you will manage all operational areas of HR, ensuring a high standard of HR support is provided to all stakeholders.

Additionally, ensuring that the organisation is fully compliant is another key part of this role to promote best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of working in a HR Management role is essential for you to be considered for this role.

If you have an operational understanding of employment law and best practice, alongside strong employee relations experience, including grievance procedures, maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests, then you will succeed in this role.

CIPD accreditation advantageous.

What you'll get in return

Salary ranges between £30,000 - £36,500 (dependent on experience)
