Do you have experience recruiting within the finance sector? Are you available immediately for a fixed term contract between 6 - 12 months?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a well established, growing and exciting business as they expand their team and recruit for an Interim Talent Specialist supporting 4 offices in the North.
With a main base in Manchester, the role can be fully remote with occasional travel to the main office.
Reporting into the Talent Manager, you will be joining a busy, fast paced function and team of 4 Talent specialist, who offer a fantastic inclusive, supportive and friendly culture.

Talent Specialist:
·focus on managing the full end to end recruitment process across 4 offices, predominantly finance opportunities right up to senior Exec level.
·You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a number of divisions, making key decisions in managing the recruitment process for their vacancies as they grow.
·This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertising roles on local job boards, candidate attraction via social media platforms, Agency liaison and choosing your suppliers and which avenues to recruit through.  
·You will be responsible for the candidate journey and candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
·You will manage the recruitment process right up to induction and on boarding, managing high volumes, this is an exciting and fast paced role!
We are looking for:
·Previous experience recruiting within a financial space is absolutely essential for this role!
·Agency or In House background considered
·A confident communicator, strong relationships builder and influencer!
