Russian-speaking HR Business Partner
Scaling Tech Business
£60,000 - £80,000
Central London
My client are a scaling tech business, with a hub here in London. Due to growth across EMEA, they are now looking for a fluent Russian speaking HR Business Partner. In this role you will partner closely with key stakeholders to drive forward the People strategy.
Key skills/responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the overall business goals
- Manage all cyclical HR activities including performance management, compensation reviews, employee survey administration and action planning
- Support the Executive leaders with all HR related matters
- Work closely with employment brand team to develop and deploy an employment brand that is consistent with business's unique identity
- Work closely with the people operations team to ensure that all administrative HR activities are conducted effectively
- Keep abreast of the competitive market, and be aware of compensation and employment trends
- Ensure decisions are data-drive based on the HR and recruitment metrics
Key experience/skills:
- Previous business partnering experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Fluent in Russian
- Results driven
- Able to timely diagnose challenges and problem solve
- Proven experience within change management
- Ideally have a background in Tech
- Data driven - ability to pull and analyse data
- Values driven
