Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently supporting a global fintech organisation with their search for an Executive Compensation Manager.
As the Executive Compensation Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with the writing of papers for the remuneration committee
* Leading on Director Remuneration Report writing
* Working on bonus plan design for the senior population
* Looking at other incentives including share plans and ensuring the offering is competitive
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in executive compensation, is comfortable writing papers for Remco and is able to communicate with senior stakeholders.
