Job Details
Oakleaf are working on behalf of a company who specialise in cyber security, working with companies on this topic all over the world. Due to the growth of the company, they are needing an extra pair of hands to assist in the sourcing of both tech and sales related roles. You will be working with a team that is spread across 6 countries to ensure that the following is done efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Source strategically by overviewing the market efficiently.
- Be creative in your sourcing methods in order to find the best talent.
- Track the pipeline and metrics in order to evaluate how the job could be done more effectively.
- Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess the talent during the early stage of the process.
Requirements:
- Experience sourcing for niche roles.
- At least 3 years recruitment/souring experience.
- Capable of analysing metrics and presenting your findings.
