Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global healthcare business who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will be focusing on the EMEA region and will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with the design and development of compensation and benefits programmes and ensuring they are attractive and competitive
* Working closely with senior management to design incentive plans
* Managing cyclical reward activities including annual salary and bonus reviews
* Supporting with M&A activities and subsequently working on harmonisation projects across compensation and benefits
We are looking for a highly experienced reward professional who ideally has worked across both compensation and benefits. You must have international experience.
