HR Ops Manager

10-Month FTC

£55,000 to £60,000

Oakleaf has a partnered with an established Insurer in their search for a HR operations manager to support the business for a maternity cover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations, including payroll, HR processes and HRIS platforms as well as providing operational support to the wider HR team.

The ideal candidate will be able to work to pace with a high level organisation, they will have experience managing all areas of HR operations including payroll, they must also have experience using Workday.

Key responsibility:

  • Working with the wider implementation team to support with the delivery of our new HR Information System, Workday
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Workday project on topics relating to the Advanced Compensation module and payroll integration
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of the monthly payroll process and associated activities in conjunction with the managed service payroll provider
  • Develop and implement improvements to HR processes and ways of working across all areas of the team
