This is a varied and exciting opportunity to work on the development of the Reward Agenda within a global organisation. You'll be involved in all areas of reward including both compensation and benefits across multiple countries.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, you'll provide the analytical support needed to enable great decisions, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the cyclical reward processes and to provide first line support to the HR team and wider business on matters relating to pay and benefits.
As the Reward Analyst you'll also support the delivery of a number of upcoming reward projects including the implementation of new benefits solutions and the roll out of associated change to the business within a global context.
As the Reward Analyst you must have experience of working as an analyst role within a Reward or HR function.
Have previous experience of pay bench-marking and compensation analytics.
Be an advanced user of Excel with experience of working with large data sets.
Able to translate the findings of your analytics into clear and logical proposals.
