Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a global business as they look to recruit for a permanent Recruitment Specialist. This is a full time role based near Weybridge, with flexibility to work a hybrid pattern. Salary up to £36k with opportunity to earn bonus.
The role will work to ensure that the business is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. The role will be responsible for the full life cycle process of recruiting high calibre, direct-hire candidate. The role will also be the subject matter expert on the best performing recruitment sources and promoting the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- To take ownership of assigned roles and provide a full end-to-end recruitment support service to hiring managers.
- Establish a rapport and partner with appropriate stakeholders to discover candidate requirements, role objectives, preferred recruitment process and offers.
- Reduce agency spend by pro actively identifying and engaging high quality, qualified candidates directly through a wide variety of channels including advertising, LinkedIn, social media and head hunting.
- Implementing and embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advice to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make.
- Partner with the wider HR team to support the coordination of the on boarding processes and ensure HR records and organisation charts are kept up to date.
- Manage the UK;s preferred Supplier list.
- Act as SME for the Applicant Tracking System, utilising the complete functionality of the system and maintaining data integrity.
We are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience recruiting in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business.
- Ability to prioritise and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing best practises.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
