Recruitment Partner

I am delighted to be working with a global organisation based in Liverpool to help them source a Recruitment Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a new role within the recruitment centre of excellence and will support the recruitment lead as well as playing a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment service.
Salary is up to £45K + benefits with hybrid working being offered.


As the Recruiter you will take full responsibility for the Global Corporate Functions recruitment, you will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with hiring managers across different areas of the business, in locations across the world. The roles you will recruit for will range from entry level roles up to more complex experienced hire vacancies, so a versatile and innovative approach to different types sourcing and attraction will be key to success. As the recruitment expert you will partner with hiring managers as well as the wider HR team to support and educate on the recruitment process, market trends and recruitment challenges. This role has huge exposure across the business and requires a highly credible and successful recruiter to make a positive impact and deliver results.

To be considered for this role you will have an impressive background of working within a busy recruitment role where you have been responsible for the 360 process. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement and stakeholder relationships skills as well as being highly organised with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. You will be the subject matter expert on all recruitment matters within the business areas to which you are aligned, advising on all aspects of the process from planning and attraction to sourcing, assessment and selection. Your ability to work on high volume and niche roles will be of real interest to my client along with your initiative to think outside the box to identify and source the best talent on the market.
