IMMEDIATE START - HR People Partner - Permanent - Office Based - Free Parking - £35,000 per annum

My client based in Wrexham is seeking a professional HR People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
Being one of the most successful manufacturers across the UK they deliver a wide range of products to our large group of supermarkets. The organisation has three manufacturing sites in England and Wales and are experiencing a period of growth.

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday and will be office based due to the nature of the business. There may be some flexibility with the possibility of working from home x 1 day per week.
The main purpose of the position is to provide a professional advisory and support service to all line management and employees.
The salary for this role is £35,000 per annum
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
You will be required to provide advise and support to all management and employees on a wide variety of policy and procedure
Be effective and efficient in the recruitment of staffing across the business
Understand and support the HR objectives
Provide coaching, support and training to all line managers

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will be CIPD qualifies or working towards
You will need to have come from a proven background in a faced paced HR Department and be used to working in an ever changing environment
