Page Personnel HR are working with a global IT company with offices in Hyde. They are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and support growth across nine countries. The role is varied and will be responsible for all global recruitment processes. Recruitment sits within HR for this company so there is a lot of support and involvement. The company offers very flexible hybrid working!

Client Details

Our client are a global technology company who are leaders in their field. They work with organisations across the world to streamline and transform processes. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based at Hyde but support recruitment globally. The role will be supported by the Global HR team and focus on nurturing relationships with Hiring Managers. The role is based in Hyde and offers hybrid working.


The key responsibilities for the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist are managing and driving the full recruitment process, coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer stage from entry to senior level roles, collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team, developing and improving recruitment strategies, liaising with third parties/external agencies, assisting with the onboarding processes, participating in events such as conferences and job fairs, initiating activities relating to Employer Branding. The role is based in Hyde and offers hybrid working.


The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in a recruitment role
  • understanding of IT/Software companies - beneficial
  • strong knowledge of the best sourcing techniques/channels
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • computer literate with MS Office and in-house systems
  • an interest in Employer Branding and recruitment strategy
  • willingness to learn and develop
