This specialist consulting firm who operate in the world of advisory on tech related compliance and legislation, are looking for an HRBP to join then on their growth journey. They have a number of global offices, and are significantly growing in multiple locations-Headcount is a little over 100 now and increasing!

They are looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner which a solid generalist background, to support the growth journey and employee engagement strategy as well as managing some of the HR Generalist duties. The role is an autonomous role reporting to the HRD and will suit someone with at least 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist and who is looking for an interesting role where they will learn and grow.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide developmental support, coaching and direction to line managers and employees to achieve desired results, and provide clear guidance on approaches to building capability and developing expertise
  • Partner with employees and managers to ensure the right development and succession planning is in place to achieve strategic priorities and that individuals are supported in their career development goals
  • Work with employees and managers to develop an Employee Engagement Plan and improve communication
  • Draft and interpret HR Policies, support and coach managers in the practical implementation of HR practice
  • Lead on the appraisal process
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager help establish a robust and efficient recruitment and selection processes, looking for consistenty globally
  • Contribute to work around the Employer Brand
  • Manage and improve the onboarding process
  • Develop metrics to create useful reports and identify areas for improvement

They are looking for:

  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and practice
  • Someone who is proactive, highly organised and make suggestions to support business improvement
  • Excellent communicator and proven ability to influence senior managers, with a strategic mindset
  • Global experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Able to perform in a fast paced intellectually intense environment
  • An additional language would be advantageous
