Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting again with a large Global organisation with 100,000 employees worldwide for an Associate Director Total Rewards to join their Rewards team.

This role will head up one of three pillars covering the EMEA region:

Pillar 1: Annual compensation processes, Market pricing, Survey management

Pillar 2: M&A, Harmonisation

Pillar 3: Benefits, Wellness, Mobility

Each of these pillars heads a small team of Analysts

Knowledge & Experience

Typically requires extensive progressive reward experience.

Strong experience in the design and delivery of base pay, variable compensation, sales compensation and equity programs

Experience in management of benefits programmes (including vendor management) in an international environment.

Strong people leadership experience in nurturing and developing talent

Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one department or multiple related departments.

Requires deep knowledge of one or more related job areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline.

Good experience in global mobility preferred

Prior experience in M&A due diligence preferred Knowledgeable on legislation impacting pay programs.

Solid foundation in compensation theories and broad knowledge of practices. Strong analytical and program management skills.

Ability to understand business strategy and plans and translate into pro-active compensation processes.

Consultative skills, (i.e. idea marketing, negotiation, influencing, relationship building, conflict resolution and effective communication), and collaboration skills across organizations. Meets deadlines and commitments.

Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

The role comes with a 15% bonus

£6k Car Allowance

10% ER pension contrbution
