This large firm Professioal Services firm are looking for support with a new role in the team- specifically overseeing the effective service delivery of Sickness Absence Management services across the business, and supporting a significant project and change.

In this role, you will:

* Provide strategic and operational leadership for establishing and maintaining the new SAM operating model, from an organisational design, process, policy and technology perspective

* Continue with evaluation of the operating model and identification of continuous improvement opportunities

* Establish new reporting model in partnership withexternal vendors, HR MI and the Business

* Ensure the SAM team delivers high quality services

* Partner with Business leaders to identify and address any areas of non-compliance

* Chair of Sickness absence and Workplace Adjustment Committee

* Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Service Delivery And Vendor Management

* Manage relationships with SAM third party providers working closely with internal Vendor Management and Procurement SMEs as required

* Collaborate with Wellbeing and Benefits teams to ensure management of all related contracts is aligned.

* Continuously drive and identify opportunities for improvements in service efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer experience

Professional Experience

* Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to quickly establish credible working relations and influence at the highest level

* Strong reporting and communication skills

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a newly formed team whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement

* Strong vendor management skills - ability to manage third party performance

* Commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets

* Subject matter expertise in sickness and absence management with experience of leading a team and outsourced model to deliver process excellence and ROI from proactive absence management

* Demonstrated ability to lead and drive service delivery

* Experience of working in a Partnership would be desirable
