Description
As the Performance Reward Manager you will be an integral part of the Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence. You will:
- Lead and manage multiple Performance and Reward projects
- Provide technical expertise to global customers on all aspect of compensation
- Develop, plan and lead the annual performance, bonus and salary review processes for the global senior management population
- Deal with operational type Performance & Reward queries/transactions, including job levelling, bench marking and analysis work.
Profile
The right Performance Reward Manager will:
- Be from a strong Reward and Benefits background
- Have excellent project management skills and experience of leading global projects
- Good knowledge of developments and expertise in Reward and global benefits
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in a specialist role, operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience of the development of innovative approaches to complex problems
- Ability to work in collaboration with other senior professionals whose expertise is vital when agreeing strategic plans and or major programmes of work
- The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions
Job Offer
£65k - £70k + Bonus & Excellent Benefits.
