HR Business Partner for global professional organisation in Cambridge, hybrid working, paying circa £46,000

Your new company
Hays HR is proud to be working with a growing global professional services organisation who are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC basis to support their busy HR team.

Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to provide professional HR advice and guidance to enable them to build their capability and ensuring that this is a great place to work. You will be first point of contact for all employment related queries.

As part of an HR Business Partner team, you will identify and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation to support the organisation's objectives. You will interpret key HR data to support managers and employees alike and apply this data to support HR objectives.


What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will be an experienced HR generalist who has worked both strategically and operationally with excellent knowledge of employment law and its application. You will be confident and a self-starter who is able to build strong working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

You will have strong presentation and communication skills and ideally possess a CIPD qualification or accreditation.

Experience of operating in an international HR environment would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £46,500 FTE. This can be either a full-time role at 35 hours, or part-time, minimum 28 hours a week. As part of the benefits package, you will receive 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible hybrid working with 1 day in the Cambridge office per week and the other 4 working from home, paid volunteering days and free onsite parking. You will also receive a generous employer contributed pension scheme of 12%, 4x life assurance, income protection for long-term sickness absence, private medical insurance and much more!
