HR Project Lead (L&D), 12-month FTC, for research organisation in Cambridge, competitive salary

Hays HR is proud to be working with a leading scientific research organisation who are looking to appoint an HR Project Lead on a 12 month-FTC basis.

Your new role
As the HR Project Lead, you will be developing career pathways to drive forward the organisation L&D and OD objectives.

You will work across all levels to engage stakeholders and review ideas to determine the best solution and deliver the project.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will have experience in developing career pathways and possess a passion for career development. You will be creative, ne independent and be an excellent communicator. You will be able to plan and deliver projects and ideally be from an L&D or OD background.


What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000, more for the right candidate, for this 12-month FTC, as well as 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
