Job Details


The HR Assistant will join a busy HR team and will provide administrative support to the HR Manager. Duties will include managing HR records, documents and employment records, providing admin support as well as updating internal databases.

My client is a leading Manufacturing organisation based in Chester-le-Street.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all HR admin, including employee records, electronic and paper files and confidential documents
  • Maintaining HR databases
  • Dealing with any HR queries and escalating to the HR Manager where appropriate
  • Data entry onto internal databases
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring they are kept up‐to‐date and accurate
  • Producing reports for the HR Manager
  • Provide minute taking at HR meetings
  • Assist with recruitment, new starters, checks and vetting, and training

Profile

  • Previous HR admin experience
  • Experience of working in a busy HR department
  • CIPD Level 3 or above
