My client is recruiting for a HR People Advisor to join their team. They are a manufacture based in Wrexham, with several other UK sites. They are committed to supplying outstanding quality, value and service to all our customers and employees.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities with be the main point of contact for all ER issues within the business. Be responsible for 360 recruitment needs. Dealing with lower-level grievances, absence and disciplinary's. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload and working toward targets and deadlines. Always driving employee engagement and communicating at a high level with all stakeholders. Contributing towards new projects, procedures and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in ER and recruitment in a fast paced environment. Used to utilising database information to produce and develop reports and provide statistical analysis. Be people focused with a strong but empathetic personality. Able to be flexible for the business needs and understand their development structure. Gained your CIPD level 5 or working towards.
