Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside one of the world's largest family owner construction businesses on their search for an Early Careers Executive.

In this role you will play a pivotal part in the execution of Early Careers Talent attraction by supporting the Early Careers team with the planning an execution of the Early Careers agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, line managers, suppliers, and entry level employees
  • Leading on planning and scheduling of core Early Career activities including the organisation and facilitation of assessment centres, and on-boarding of employees
  • Producing reports, utilising our Early Careers data
  • Leading on routes to Chartered qualifications
  • Directing our graduate, and apprenticeship promotion and salary review process
  • Providing pastoral support to our graduate trainees and apprentices


    • What's needed:

  • Good ExCel skills - pivot tables and Vlookup
  • Experienced and comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • An excellent organiser with great planning skills
  • Solutions driven, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems
  • Analytical and enjoy working with data, always ensuring it is accurate
  • A logical thinker with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Autonomous, but enjoy being part of a team
  • An influencer with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A knowledge and understanding of the Early Careers landscape, including professional qualifications and apprenticeships, would be beneficial but is not essential
