Your new role
Reporting directly into the Head of HR you will be looking after the Filed and London based employees within the construction part of the business. Acting as the first point of contact, advising and supporting with HR queries within your group. You will play a part in the growth and expansion of the organisation and supporting on a true generalist basis.


What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to be a robust, confident and true HR Generalist with experience of influencing and advising senior stakeholders working in a business partnering capacity.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Experience of coaching and supporting line managers through change
• A driver with access to a car
