Frazer Jones are pleased to partnering with one of the worlds leading consultancy firms on a new Senior Consultant opportunity for their Digital HR team. This company has an impressive client list, partnering with the world's leading financial services organisations, supporting them to harness the power of their people. This is a newly created role to join a new fast growing team with extensive development opportunities. The Digital HR team specialise in supporting their clients realise their digital transformation ambitions. They help build agile HR functions that effectively utilise HRIS solutions.
As a Senior Consultant you will be specialising in SAP Success Factors, ServiceNow and Microsoft 365. You will contribute and lead workstreams across a range of engagements in the financial services sector, designing and creating innovative solutions for their clients. You will be required to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, identify new opportunities and prepare proposals. You will also be required to support junior team members and contribute to the wider strategic goals of the business. Responsibilities will also include:
- Develop detailed implementation roadmaps
- Develop risk mitigation and governance plans
- Manage the design and delivery of full lifecycle Success Factors transformation programmes
- Support testing cycles, configuration builds and go live
- Lead design workshops
- Budget planning and manage project reporting
To be considered for this role you must be experienced with Success Factors and ideally have exposure to ServiceNow and/or Microsoft 365. You should have experience through at least one whole implementation transformation project (but ideally a few), either from and in-house or consulting perspective. You must be able to demonstrate your skills required to be successful in a consulting role, such as project management, communication and stakeholder management. The preferred candidate will have come from the financial or professional services sectors.
This is a permanent role where you will be joining a recently created team, you will have the opportunity to fast track your career and grow with the department. Even though this is a new team there are already projects underway and a strong list of pipeline leveraged from their other business areas. This role will offer a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment that will often be fast paced and challenging. You will get to consult to senior stakeholder in some of the world's leading financial organisations and contribute their HRIS transformation projects.
