Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Specialist in Brentford will be:

  • Support the end-to-end life cycle of an employee through Workday transactional processing
  • Manage HR requests in ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders
  • Generate ideas on how to provide the service in the most efficient way
  • Prepare and generate employee and hiring related documentation e.g. contract extensions, salary increase etc.
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams

Profile

The successful HR Specialist in Brentford will have:

  • Very good English
  • Experience in HR or a shared services center
  • Continuous improvement mindset in work environment
  • Experience working in Workday or other HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
  • Excellent time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
