Oakleaf are proud to be partnered with a multinational packaging company on their search for an Internal Recruiter to join their head office team. Specialising in the sourcing of top quality talent into their digital, data, sustainability and innovation teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with, listening to and understanding the wants, needs and priorities of your business areas
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition Executives and Hiring Manager to advise, guide and influence successful hiring processes
  • Building talent pipelines and keeping top talent engaged with the business
  • Approaching and screening potential candidates
  • Creating supporting documents such as target lists, project plans and progress reports
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Provide market insights and research on competitors
  • Creation of org charts and able to map out business areas clearly and effectively
  • Aftercare of new starters
  • Full candidate management from approach calls to offer management and beyond


    • Key Experiences Needed:

    • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing methods including X-Ray searches and Boolean strings
    • The ability to work in an agile fashion and adapt to business needs efficiently and effectively
    • Attention to detail and organisation
    • The ability to work both collaboratively and independently
    • Good communication and relationship management skills
    • Experience with using recruitment software and technology including ATS, online marketing campaigns, social media platforms and video interviewing
    • Experience using Workday is preferable but not essential
