HR Advisor, Colchester, £30k + Benefits, within Care Sector

Your new company
Your new company is expanding and is looking for a qualified HR Advisor to join their team, or for a HR professional looking to progress in their HR career!

This organisation is based within the private healthcare sector, and offers a range of care services all over the country.

Your new role
Within your new role, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive and expert advice to managers across the organisation. Primarily, you'll be supporting the managers with all HR/ER queries and case management, working proactively alongside the HR business partners and the Head of HR.

This is a full time role (40 hours), whereby you'll be required to work at minimum, 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days at home.

Your advisory service will follow suit with the organisations Service Level Agreement (SLA) and employment law, ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in their management of staff, and policy.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be CIPD level 5 qualified, or part qualified with the ambition to progress. You'll have strong excel skills, be competent in project management, and have experience in the handling of complex ER issues.

You'll have good employment law knowledge, and have experience with working in a fast paced, high volume HR position.

Most importantly, you'll be pro-active, resilient, and self-reliant. You'll be able to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify their service needs.
