L&D Specialist | 12 month FTC | £30,000
Your new company
Not for profit organisation in south Manchester are seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12 month Fixed term contract basis. This role can be home based with the occasional need to be in the office for key meetings.
Your new job
Your role will be to support the identification of learning and development needs across the business and support the delivery and commissions of effective L&D interventions. You will also support the deliver of the L&D strategy and cultural transformation across the business. you will be responsible in leading a fast-paced project scope, identifying and implementing creative cost effective digital learning solutions which will support the strategic objective and business requirements. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the creation, delivery and evaluation of innovative solutions and have excellent presentation skills. You must be professional, dynamic and have a motivational persona with the ability to work in line with the core values of pride, integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and enjoyment.
What you'll need to succeed
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience of the complete training cycle
- design, delivery & evaluation
- Demonstrating openness towards working with diverse ideas and people
- CIPD or relevant qualification in digital learning/e-learning is desirable
