Your new role
You will be working in a team of 3 supporting the HR & Payroll function. Payroll is out sourced so you will purely assisting with the data entry, updates and basic calculations. The Payroll is run once a month.
Assist with the day to day HR administration of updating employees details, sending out contracts, Reporting holiday and sickness leave, maintain time and attendance, starters and leavers updates as well as ad-hoc administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a good understanding of HR and Payroll process'. Have worked in a HR & Payroll function previously.
