As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for driving hiring activity with a particular focus on IT. To drive maximum results across quality, cost and time to hire metrics.

My client is a leading brand with the leisure space in the UK.
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for all recruitment for designated department/s, with a focus on IT.
- Drive efficient and pro-active hiring of talent across a variety of technical roles using direct hiring methods, such as LinkedIn and Stack Overflow.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, offering continued insight around ways of working and best practice, ensuring candidate experience is at the heart of all activity.
- Lead on pipelining activity, driving a healthy flow of high-quality candidates, ensuring communication to this community is targeted, relevant and in line with company values.
- Play an active role in management of recruitment agency relationships - ensuring involvement in hiring campaigns at appropriate time; ensuring brand values and candidate experience is reflected via third party relationship
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong track record of recruitment delivery in IT recruitment, in a fast-paced environment (ideally a combination of agency and in-house)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- The ability to work efficiently at a fast pace
